Voluntary service is a fundamental principle and a valuable part of the American Red Cross mission. The American Red Cross of Greater Chicago has over 3,000 dedicated men and women who volunteer their time and energy to help us serve our community. How Do You Get Started?

2. Please fill out a volunteer application on-line and request a background check.

3. Watch the “New Employee and Volunteer Orientation” video.
